There is secured entrance to building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 car Max per unit Sanibel is a weekly rental building.

This is our first time staying in 902 Sanibel, we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect for an amazing family vacation. First time that we had to get our packet for check-in, but it was a breeze and just a short drive past the condo. Everything was just like the pictures, very clean.. Highly recommend. We have already booked this condo for next year.

Right on the beach, decor was awesome! Clean and friendly staff. The condo was amazing and everything was very well put together for a family stay. Even had evening low light lamps so you could turn down for the night and still sit in the balcony and watch the waves! Sunrise and coffeee everyday. We will stay here again!

This condo is just like the listing shows. It’s very spacious and very clean. The view is amazing from the 9th floor. We weren’t lacking for anything- the washer and dryer worked really well, the master has the most comfortable bed ever. The guy that cleans up the property all week is super friendly and very helpful! The beach access is very convenient and easy. There are 2 electric grills on property that make grilling easy! The pool deck has a ton of lounge chairs so we never had to wait on one, the hot tub was nice as well. Parking is kinda tight if you have more than one vehicle as your second car is first come first serve but here is free beach access Parking down the road about .5 miles! Lots of blankets and pillows. Also has lot of beach towels, toys, and other items you’ll need! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at 902 Sanibel! The pictures don’t do it justice. Great ocean views from every room in this end unit. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Loved the two king-size beds and the double beds in the third bedroom. The only suggestion is more bath towels and wash cloths. There was easy access to the beach from the garage. Parking is tight in the garage and in the upper parking lot. We look forward to staying here again!
