Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT: At the time of booking, a $498 deposit is required. This deposit (less the $89 booking fee) is only refundable if cancelled 61 days prior to arrival date. Breakdown of the initial deposit is as follows: $340 will be applied toward your balance. There is a $69 rental damage protection fee, and an $89 booking fee. This $498 deposit must be paid by credit card. (No Convenience Fee charged on deposit)

RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE: (RDP) There will be damage protection coverage for each booking. This protects the owner and renter in the event of any accidental damage during your stay. This protection coverage does not include lost keys, garage door openers, or any missing items. (see additional charges below)

PAYMENT: You must pay in full for entire stay 60 days prior to arrival by Personal Check, Money Order, Travelers Check or Credit Card. PLEASE NOTE: If paying by Credit Card guests will be charged a 4% CONVENIENCE FEE. Otherwise, *PLEASE MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO D.B.O.V.I (Daytona Beach Oceanfront Vacations Inc.)

CREDIT CARD INFO/ IDENTIFICATION: We must have a valid credit card on file. Please make sure to call us prior to your arrival to update your credit card info. We must have 2 forms of ID on File. A current photo Drivers License of the Primary Guest along with a copy of the credit card used for any payment and photo ID matching Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of monies already paid, less the $89 booking fee. Cancellations made between 60 & 45 days prior to arrival, will receive one half( ½) of monies paid, less the booking fee. Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival date will be receive no refund of monies paid, unless the property is rebooked for same dates and monies. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, via mail or fax to DBOVI or by email to rentals@ponceinletrealty.com. Please call to confirm that we received your email or fax.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: You must come to Ponce Inlet Realty/DBOVI,4000 So. Atlantic Avenue, Wilbur by the Sea, FL 32127 to pick up your keys. Your vacation rental will be available after 3:00PM on the first day of your stay. We ask that you return the keys to us no later than 10:00AM check out time, on the day you are scheduled to leave. If you plan to check in after hours, your keys will be in the key box, located at our office next to the front door, providing your balance is paid in full, and your paperwork along with copy of photo ID/Drivers license has been received. The code for the key box is 2-4-6. You will not be able to get into your reserved building if you do not come here first. There will be no early check-ins unless prearranged with a rental agent.

ABSOLUTELY NO SUBLETTING IS ALLOWED

GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. Management has the right to enter the unit in case of an emergency or pest control, or to allow a vendor to enter the property for any necessary repairs. Guest will be notified first. Management reserves the right to relocate guest to another unit in cases where circumstances are beyond our control. 2. Should it be necessary for a Vendor/Sales person to be called to the unit due to the fault of the tenant, tenant is responsible for the payment of service call and or bill. 3. All guests agree to abide by all the town rules, ordinances and condo association rules and regulations that will be provided. Guest(s) is cautioned that when renting a private home or condominium, you are in a residential neighborhood; therefore, NO loud activities will be tolerated past 10pm. Violation of these rules will result in immediate fines or eviction and loss of all rent monies. 4. Pets are not allowed without prior written approval from DBOVI. A pet addendum will be required to be completed prior to your arrival, along with your pets shot records. If you are planning to bring a pet and you did not receive a pet addendum, please contact us immediately. Without the proper paperwork, you could face eviction. Only certain units/buildings will allow pets and the pet breed, and size must be approved. 5. Guests(s) agree to surrender the premises upon the expiration of the term hereof. 6. Maximum occupancy may not exceed 6 people per 2 bedrooms and 8 people per 3 bedrooms. 10 people per 4 bedrooms.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: 1. If you are a guest that is staying more than 28 days, you are responsible for any amount of the electric bill exceeding $150 for each month you are occupying the rental. Credit card # will be required to hold on file and will be charged in the event of any overage. A copy of the electric bill will be emailed to you. Keeping the door closed when the AC is on will help keep costs down. 2. If you are renting a home with a heated pool and require pool heat during your stay, there will be an additional charge of $125 per week. Please let us know at least 1 week prior to your arrival as it could take up to 3 days for the pool to get warm. 3. IF YOU ARE RENTING A SINGLE FAMILY HOME PLEASE TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT ON DESIGNATED GARBAGE DAYS! THERE SHOULD BE MINIMUM GARBAGE ON DAY OF CHECKOUT. EXCESS GARBAGE FROM FAILURE TO SET OUT ON TRASH DAY WILL RESULT IN A $75 FEE 4. Should a guest become locked out and need assistance after hours, there will be a $40 charge. 5. There will be a $50-$100 charge for any lost building keys/garage door opener. 6. Guest may be subject to an additional cleaning charge (minimum of $50) if the unit needs excessive cleaning or there is excessive laundry. PLEASE WASH ALL TOWELS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ONES USED ON CHECK OUT DAY. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: 1. Guest(s) agrees to maintain premises in its present condition. 2. Kitchen trash shall be placed in exterior trash container prior to check out. 3. If you have moved any furniture, please return to its proper location. 4. PLEASE WASH ALL TOWELS except for the ones you will be using on the morning of your departure. 5. Please return all keys and garage door openers to Ponce Inlet Realty Inc/DBOVI.

TO CHECK IN AFTER HOURS, ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING AND IN ADVANCE.
PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE. PROOF OF PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN

ONLY TWO PARKING PASSES WILL BE ISSUED PER CONDO

This is a vacation rental, and not to be used as a permanent residence.
