Open spaces, high quality appliances and, of course, that spectacular view from the balcony. Pool and easy access to beach also intact. Several things to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. Height of master bedroom bed: had to buy a footstool to get into it. Master bedroom bathroom: had to step over high tub wall to take a shower. Balcony: Comfortable Large chairs have replaced those shown in online photos. However, four of them overpower the space and are difficult to maneuver around. Moved one into the living room while we were there and that made it feel much safer.
Also be sure to check with Ponce Realty to make certain the same quality cable service is in both bedrooms . Traveling companion had to watch a Roku version that had gaming options but not the variety of programming available in master bedroom and in living room. In spite of these issues particular to limited mobility, there was always a disabled parking place near the front entrance as well as underground parking, a much appreciated extra. Really miss the morning coffee while greeting the day on the balcony and watching the Dolphin pod just offshore.
