Direct Oceanfront Fully Renovated Spa-Inspired Unit
This fully renovated 2/2 condo is on the no-drive beach of Ponce Inlet. Every part of this condo has been updated to create a calm spa-inspired space bringing the gorgeous views indoors.
This unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The layout is a split plan with each bedroom having its own adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom is appointed with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle with an under-trundle mattress. The comfortable Pottery Barn living room couch offers a pull-out mattress. Each bedroom has a wall fan and large closets with ample storage. Several bedding, blanket, and pillow options are available to suit every style.
Both bathrooms have been fully updated with new cabinetry, sea glass countertops, shower tile and glass doors, and toilets. The master bathroom has a fully functional whirlpool tub. The condo is equipped with linens, towels, and beach towels to make your stay comfortable. An in-unit laundry room makes doing laundry a cinch.
The kitchen has been fully updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and herringbone marble tile. It is well-stocked for the home cook and offers both Keurig and traditional coffee brewing options. The unit has 4 areas to dine or to enjoy your morning coffee, offering indoor and outdoor views.
A large rear balcony offers gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. The living room offers many options which include a comfortable recliner. It has a large TV. The dining room table can be extended to accommodate a larger group. WIFI is provided at no extra charge to enhance your entertainment.
The property boasts a direct oceanfront pool and jacuzzi spa. The community room offers a small workout area and pool table to enjoy. 24 Hour Secured access to property and parking. Parking is located under the building with a dedicated spot provided.
If you've never had the change to visit Ponce Inlet, it is a great hidden gem! Ponce Inlet is nestled between Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Halifax River. Many of the dining venues are waterfront and have that warm beach vibe. It's small town charm has fun activities which include the famous Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Turtle Nest Watching (depends on time of year), Nature Trails, fishing boat charters, sunset cruises, water sports and many beaches to visit. It's just a short drive to larger towns for more dining options including Orlando, which is just an hour away.
Located in the premier Towers 8 & 9 property, this unit requires a 30 day rental, which maintains the quality of the unit and the property. Rentals typically begin on the first of the month depending on unit availability.
