Located on the seventh floor North West corner with breathtaking views of the inter-coastal waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. As you walk into the condo you’ll have plenty of space to hang your belongings in the closet sit down remove your shoes on the full size bench with more storage underneath. Walk into the living room that has a comfortable sectional couch that opens up, revealing a queen size mattress. Sit in a comfortable recliner all while enjoying the views of the inter-coastal waterway or watching TV. Living Room has a 60 inch smart flatscreen TV with spectrum app included to watch your favorite shows. You will be able to sign into all your own personal streaming account apps and watch the movies and shows you like. If you need to access the included Wi-Fi, you will also be able to do this wirelessly. Walk into the kitchen and sit at the kitchen table and enjoy the views of the inter-coastal waterway all while enjoying a meal or just take the views in. Also, a full breakfast bar With more seating. Includes full refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, full double basin, sink and plenty of cabinet space for storage. The unit has the convenience of your own washer dryer combo.
