Our building and condo are in great shape!
However, due to hurricane damage the sea wall, pool and beach access are currently under reconstruction. You can access the beach via a short walk south to the Dunlawton access. The "estimated" reconstruction completion date is December 31, 2023. Ask about our discounted rates until December 31st, 2023.
