This was our 3rd time renting this property & we have already rebooked for next year! We love everything about this house! This home comes completely stocked with beach towels, pool floats, beach toys & a grill….. everything needed for a day by the pool or a walk down to the ocean! We enjoy bringing our dogs on vacation with us, with the completely fenced in yard, we do not worry about them. There is a dog friendly beach and lots of walking trails near by! Ponce Inlet is a wonderful area, we have never worried about safety. The marine science center & mini-golf course are both close enough for our grandchildren to enjoy. And when the grandchildren go home, they are plenty of local establishments for our older children to walk or Uber to! We love this house!

After staying at this perfect house ON the beach WITH a pool and PLENTY of room for being with family and friends, I am SPOILED! I’ll have a hard time going back to a condo! Our stay was wonderful! I’m ready to go back now! Our “beach home” had breathtaking views of the ocean and pool from the family room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom! The view from the kitchen window made washing dishes pleasant! The home is very spacious, clean, and well stocked in the kitchen and the linen closet. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was great! A second refrigerator near the kitchen was an extra bonus. It was so nice having easy access to the beach and then having a clean clear pool was just divine. The area of the beach was very private and quiet – our own little oasis. It’s a great location and easy to get to stores and restaurants while there. The owners were so gracious to share their beach house with us. Thank you. Good Lord willing, we will be back for another stay.

What an ocean view! Steps down to the beach! Large, sparkling pool with plenty of pool toys, surrounded by a huge deck- great for sunning, grilling, entertaining. Inside- plenty of seating in living room with all the entertainment options… streaming tv, dvds, gaming capabilities & music. Full dining room with seating for 8, perfect for available board games & puzzles. Large bedrooms with ample closet space. Master bedroom is huge with huge closet. Kitchen has every dish, plate, pan, utensil, drink & wine glass anyone could want. Second refrigerator in convenient laundry room for all the extra food & beverages for extended family& guests. Wonderful decor made us feel extravagant! We’re excited to return next year!

Wonderful, relaxing time! The view is absolutely amazing! Very private. The owners have thought of everything a person would need and placed it in the home. You can tell they care about the people staying there. Nicely decorated. Light and bright! Newly remodeled kitchen is great for family gathering around a large island. We had company each weekend and they all raved about what a great place. Comfortable for two people and comfortable for a large family.

What a perfect location! This house is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Amazing kitchen/living room combo making a very large “great room”. Love the colors of the home -all turquoise, navy, white and coral. Nicely decorated! Nice sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds and spacious closets! And the views are specatular! Love the large pool, patio and outside dining area! Great beach house rental and amazing home owners! We will definietly be back!

We rented this home to celebrate my 60th birthday! House is fully equipped with everything we needed. Spacious for large family gathering. Breathtaking Oceanfront Views with large pool and outdoor entertaining area to enjoy family or friends. No drive beach so you feel private and serene. Yet, close enough to shopping and Daytona Beach activities. We definitely will be back !! Can’t wait to see the updated Kitchen !!!

Loved the house, the location, the private beach and the private swimming pool. All the bedrooms were nice sizes, but the open kitchen and living room was wonderful! Can not say enough about the view, absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be back and can not wait to see the upgrades!

We loved the location. It was convenient to everything yet the beach was very private. Having a private pool was a bonus.our grandkids stayed busy from the pool to the ocean. We found everything clean, comfortable and in working order. Donna and all the staff at Ponce Inlet Realty are great to work with.

We absolutely loved this home! We were the first to stay since the new owners put it in the rental program. All the bedrooms were good sizes and the open concept kitchen/living room was very large. The dining room was also a nice addition even though we certainly used the outdoor dining area the majority of the time. The pool area and pool were phenomenal. This home was very well stocked with supplies. We had always rented condominiums, but after renting this house, we won’t be going back to condos! We do plan on returning! Thank you for the wonderful memories our family made!
