The view from the interior and from the balcony is spectacular; the sunrise and sunsets, the quiet white sand beach, the ocean vistas - It is our happy place.
Condo unit 3030 South at East Wind sits right on the ocean and has a beautiful view of the Ocean and beach from most of the unit. It is a well - equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a new electric stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, dishes and pots and pans.There is a restaurant next door to the condo building that is easy to walk to.
There is a combination living and dining room that seats 6, and sectional sofa with a full size bed, and TV. On the balcony there is a table and 4 chairs plus a lounge chair.
The guest bedroom has two full size beds. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The hall closet is well stocked with bed linens and beach towels.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a TV, a large closet containing washer, dryer,extra blankets, beach chairs, other beach items and toys for the beach and ocean and the room looks out on the beach.
The owner's closet contains an iron, an ironing board, vacuum and a few simple tools. There are ceiling fans in each room. Come relax and enjoy this quiet, beautiful place.
