Unit 1402 at the Grand Coquina offers both beach front and river views. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and the sun set over the Intra-coastal waterway. 1402 is a two-bedroom unit offering a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The full-sized, fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast nook which also has views of the Halifax River. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. The WiFi provides high speed internet access. After spending a day on the beach and swimming in the outdoor pool, enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, or other building amenities such as the weight room, the exercise room, or the library. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. The condominium association enforces a 2-week minimum rental period on all leases in the building.
