Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!
This top of the line beautifully decorated end unit provides not only oceanfront view but the large north facing picture windows in the Living room and dining room add miles of extra scenery!
Relax in luxury while enjoying all the comforts of home, including the new Spa like Primary Bath!
Oceanfront Master Suite has King bed, Balcony access, Flat screen TV, Large walk in closet and large Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and his and hers vanity.
Second bedroom has Queen bed and private Bathroom . Third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Both guest rooms have flat screen TV's, walk in closets and Ocean and river views!
Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast Lunch and Dinner!
THE SANIBEL CONDOMINIUM
is an 11-story oceanfront building is located on the beautiful section of Daytona Beach Shores adjacent to the traffic free section of the beach in Daytona Beach Shores. The Building features spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath oceanfront and 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanview condos. All units feature 9' ceilings, granite countertops, Modern Whirlpool Appliances, Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Whirlpool tub in Master Bath, Large Walk in Closets, Balcony access from Master bedroom, Interior laundry room FREE WiFi and more!
Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served.
Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building.

Awesome clean condo, beautiful beach. Only thing I didn’t care for was having to go to the realty office to pick up keys instead of being able to use the keypad on the condo door. Other than that, no complaints. We will be back.

The condo was nice and spacious. We loved the views it had and the cleanliness. The condo was located in a very nice area and my family really enjoyed our time!
