or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.
Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.
Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Incredible view! Beautiful decor, clean, elegant. Easy access to beach. Great experience. I was not a fan of being on the drive beach but it wasn’t bad and sooo many positives outweighed the drive beach. Donna helped us with our arrangements from Ponce Inlet Realty and she is wonderful .

Awesome clean condo, beautiful beach. Only thing I didn’t care for was having to go to the realty office to pick up keys instead of being able to use the keypad on the condo door. Other than that, no complaints. We will be back.
