Oceanfront Master bedroom has expansive ocean view, a king bed, a smart TV and a large en suite bathroom. Second bedroom also has a king bed along with a smart TV. Kitchen is stocked with new appliances including a subzero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and other small appliances. This fresh and clean condo has an open plan with dining area and living area that extends to a balcony where you can step down towards the pool and beach access. Walk to Crabby Joe's Restaurant at the Sun glow Pier and have breakfast , lunch or dinner right over the ocean! Take a short drive south to other local waterfront restaurants, Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,Marine Science Center, Fishing Fleet and more!
Building Amenities include heated Oceanfront Pool, oceanfront community grill,tennis court, basketball court, and shuffleboard. All units include private washer and dryer and storage room. Secured building with underground parking. Sorry, this building does not allow pets.
