HURRICANE DAMAGE UPDATE! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Opus building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!
This beautiful corner oceanfront 3-bedroom 3 bath condo will take amaze you when you walk through the door. The fully equipped kitchen and newly furnished condo features granite counter tops, beautiful cheery wood cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom features a king size bed and spacious master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms feature 2 queen beds with flat screen TV.
OPUS
This oceanfront building is located on the beautiful beach of Daytona Beach Shores. The property features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, fitness room, and recreational room with pool table. Opus has secured underground parking for one car, as well as an outside parking deck. This building features spacious 3-bedroom units with breath-taking views. All units include washer and dryer inside. Opus is a weekly rental building.

We are a family of 7 and sometimes have to stay in tight quarters to stay in our price range. This was a perfect place for us that was steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures of this condo don’t even do it justice; when we walked in, we were all pleasantly overwhelmed with how spacious the unit was! There was so much room for our party of eight to easily and peacefully spread out among the bedrooms, with the privacy of 3 separate bathrooms, yet to also join together in the evenings in the large and open living and kitchen area. The views are unbeatable, access to the beach simple and quick, and entertainment and seafood are all within easy walking or driving distance. We cannot wait to stay here again!!

Beautiful property. Nice area, beach access, pool and facilities. Spacious and comfortable condo with fabulous stocked kitchen. Great place for large family to gather. Hope to return next summer.
