HURRICANE DAMAGE UPDATE! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!
This condo is perfect for any family looking to get away to the world's most famous beach! Located on the 10th floor, north side of the building, with over 1700 sq ft of living space and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway! Three bedroom two bath with all the comforts of home. Enjoy summer fireworks from your balcony starting Memorial Day to Labor Day. All rooms have smart tvs. Luxury linens are provided.
Roomy Primary Suite has King size bed, Jacuzzi tub , Large walk in closet, and balcony access with ocean and river views.
Second bedroom has Queen size bed and third bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 Twin.
Both guest bedrooms have flat screen televisions, walk in closets, and views of the intracoastal waterway!
There is secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 car Max per unit. Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat- Sat bookings only exculding the months of Aug- Jan

Our family of 5 just returned from our stay; we knew on day 1 that we wanted to book again next year! Check in was seamless. The unit was spacious and cozy with amazing views of the river & ocean, simultaneously..breathtaking! The property is well maintained and within close proximity of necessities, activities & dining-without the crowds. We all had the most relaxing week and can’t wait to return!

This condo is on the side of the building but because it’s above other buildings it has a great view of the ocean and the inter coastal and you can listen to the waves. The inside is very large with big bedrooms and closets. It seems new and was very clean and well decorated. The building is very clean and well maintained and it’s a great location on the beach. I loved having a reserved parking spot in the garage but parking in front was not crowded for additional cars. Daytona has a lot to do and the beach is very wide and wasn’t crowded. Overall we loved it.
