As you enter this coastal modern condo you will immediately appreciate the walls of windows adorned with custom plantation shutters throughout, featuring electric hurricane shutters for your safety and peace of mind. The kitchen features an expansive quartzite countertop so the cook can visit with guests at the circular bar while preparing a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with Ninja blender for those mixed cocktails and smoothies, coffee pot, air fryer, electric grill for the deck and quality pots and pans. The bar includes a wonderful breakfast seating area that also works wonderfully for enjoying a card game with friends and family. Directly off the kitchen is the dining room with a modern artistic sunrise inspired deco lighting and a table that seats six to eight diners. The open concept living and dining room makes enjoying family and friends easy and relaxing while taking in the ocean views that surround you. This unit has two family room areas with televisions. The ocean front seating is a leather sectional offering comfortable reclining seating while the front enclosed lanai has leather couch and chairs. The primary bedroom with large walk in closet, en-suite with soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity sinks also reveals an ocean view from the balcony. Wake up each morning and enjoy the sunrise, morning waves, and beautiful seagulls and pelicans starting their day with you at the beach. This location is perfect for an active lifestyle. Start with morning stretches on your balcony enjoying a quiet beach that maintains its natural beauty (non-drive beach). Walk or ride your bikes on the beach; exercise at the fitness center with sauna; play tennis or pickleball; swim in one of the three pools with hot tubs; climb the 234 steps at the beautiful Ponce Inlet Light House village; try out your fishing skills at the jetty or directly in front of the condo; and of course the waves are perfect for surf boarding in the ocean. There are places to rent e-bikes, paddleboards, and other beach toys.
In the evenings enjoy delicious meals at one of the locally owned restaurants and dance to live music when offered. The Marine Science Center is a great place to visit and see the wildlife of the ocean and Halifax River. Play putt- putt at the new PopStroke at Daytona Beach and enjoy shopping at the outlet malls. So many things to enjoy during your stay or simply relax at the condo on your beach front balcony, lounge chair at the pool or chair at the beach.
The Towers at Ponce Inlet: A large oceanfront gated condominium community (offering only 1 month or longer stays) with six 7-story buildings equipped with elevators. Fun historical fact : It is located where NASCAR first held the Daytona 500 car race on the sandy beach of Ponce Inlet. The North Turn restaurant sits next door to our building and it showcases some old cars on display, as well as beach deck dining, beach volleyball, and beach chairs for guests.
