Our condo is a 3BR/3BA unit on the 8th floor of 10 story Blue Surf on the no-drive section of Daytona Beach Shores.  It is one of only two condos in the entire building with a huge side balcony with access from the main balcony, living area and 2nd bedroom to see fabulous sunsets over the river and even the speedway from a distance.

We have everything you will need/want to make your stay enjoyable! Large oceanfront balcony and the front/side balcony with river views are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or gazing at the stars at night! You will want to spend the entire day/night out on the balcony with the beautiful views of the beach! Everything is high-end from the furniture to the decor to the sheets you will sleep on each night! If you love to cook, this is also the place for you! Enjoy the beautiful view of the beach as you prepare your meals in an amazing kitchen! Bedroom two is a queen with a dedicated luxury bathroom and bedroom 3 has two double beds to fit any family guests, also with a beautiful bathroom.  Indoor garage spot included as well.

We are a monthly + only rental. Most of the units are owned/not rented, making this a very peaceful location as opposed to the weekly rental properties!
