Irene and I have been going to Daytona now for 6 years. Beth, Donna and Paula from Ponce Inlet Realty have been able to reserve us a 2 month rental for the 2 months in a great Condo on the Ocean. We arrive 1st of Feb. each year and go to the office and see Beth, Donna and Paula. We meet and greet. We get the key for the condo and they always have everything done for our check in. The end of March we drop the key back off and sign up for the following year and they look after all the paperwork for our arrival the next year. The ladies make it so easy for us during our 2 month Daytona vacation.

The owner’s of the Condo unit we rent are great people. We had to leave early this year for the Covid-19 mess to get back across the border into Canada and this owner credited us lost time with a refund. We thank this owner of the Condo. Thank-you for doing this under these terrible times.

After spinning my wheels for four days with no progress, I was about to give up and not accept the assignment due to lack of housing. In one day, Donna was able to help me secure a two month rental at a reasonable rate directly on the beach. I couldn’t have done it without them! Thank you so much.

First time using Ponce Inlet Realty for my vacation rental to daytona. I highly recommend them. Check in and and check out were so easy. The place was everything described and more (twin towers unit 1207). Great communication and best service.

We were looking for a nice pet friendly vacation rental in Florida. We discovered the Ponce Inlet Realty. We talked to Donna. She was very friendly and informative. But, unfortunately, no LARGE pets were allowed in the New Symerna and Ponce Inlet area. Actually, there were a couple but they were already rented for our time period. We will be working with them the next time that we are looking for a rental in that area. We highly recommend this place. But no dogs are allowed on the beach,although they do have pet friendly small beach areas.

Great people to do business with. When we go back to Daytona we will continue to rent thru them. They take care of any problems you have with the condo and its done as timely as you can expect. Plus they dont rip you off with extra meaniless fees like VRBO does. Check them out, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Summer and company did a great job while I was renting from Oceans one condominium. They were very fast and attentive, to all of my needs. Would trust them to handle anything related.

702 Sanibel this was the second time we stayed in 702. The condo is perfect , furniture is very comfy, love the corner view. Garage was very nice with door operator furnished. All the resturants we like are very close. We rate it a 10 out of 10. We have booked it again for next year .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Check in and out was super easy. The gorgeous condo was stocked with a good amount of necessities like toilet tissue, paper towels, and kitchen spices. It had tons of towels and beach toys for us to use also. The only issue we had was with parking (not enough in the overflow parking lot). We will definitely book this again!! 😊

This property is amazing and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
It is very easily accessed from the top parking deck with beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets.
I would highly recommend this property for a very relaxing clean unit with beautiful decor.
