Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!

This 11-story oceanfront building is located on the beautiful section of Daytona Beach Shores adjacent to the traffic free section of the beach with nearby shopping, dining and entertainment options. All units include Free WIFI and building amenities include heated oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, fitness room and recreation room with pool table and BBQ grills with picnic tables. There is secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first serve. Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building.
