HURRICANE DAMAGE UPDATE! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!
BREATHTAKING VIEWS from this 3 bedroom 3 bath DIRECT OCEANFRONT northeast corner unit!
Completely renovated in late 2021. Sleeps 8 with an extra sleeper sofa in the den. Ocean views from ALL bedrooms and living room, with private balcony extending from the living room to the master suite. Smart TVs and walk-in closets in all bedrooms. King bed in the master suite, queen bed in the guest suite, and twin over full, with trundle bed, in the 3rd bedroom. Building sits adjacent to the "traffic fee" beach. Walking distance to Sunglow Pier and Crabby Joe's restaurant. Short drive to the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Mariine Science Center, several waterfront restaurants and fishing fleet! Large pool, spa, and exercise room.
All units include Free Wi-Fi . Building Amenities include heated oceanfront pool, Oceanfront Hot Tub, fitness room, pool table and community grill. There is secured entrance to building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first served 2 Car Max oer unit, Sanibel is a weekly rental building.Sat - Sat bookings only excludig months of Aug-Sept. Sorry, no pets allowed.

We had a great stay. The unit is very spacious and welcoming. The owners have done a great job decorating and equipping their unit. Very clean. We would stay here again if available.

Unit is beautifully decorated. Comfy furniture & beds. The view is breath taking. Spare beach towels & sand toys. 2 coffee makers a+. 6 adult & 2 kids slept comfortably. No complaints. Great vacation
