If you are traveling with a pet, we must know prior to your arrival. (50 lb weight limit at Twin Towers) There is a $100 non refundable pet fee, plus you must sign a pet addendum.
Beautiful 15th Floor 2 bedroom 2 bath Direct Oceanfront Condo with Panoramic Views!
Master Bedroom has King Bed and sliders to the balcony. Guest Bedroom has Queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the Den area. Start your morning on your oceanfront balcony sipping coffee, watching the sunrise and looking for Dolphins in the surf. After a day at the beach catch the sunset from the west breezeway ourtside of your front door Fully equipped kitchen for dining in or visit one of the many local waterfront areas in the area. Twin Towers ammenities include oceanfront pool and hot tub, oceanfront exercise room, pool table, and BBQ grills. This unit accepts 1 small dog up to 25 lbs.
Twin Towers is a secured building with one assigned spot in secured underground parking garage.
The Twin Towers is a 2 week minimum rental building.
Due to Hurricane Nicole and Ian, the outdoor pool is currently closed and there is no beach access.
